Irakli Kobakhidze: no questions remaining regarding the draft Constitutional Law

The Speaker echoed the call on by NGOs to start consideration of the draft Constitutional Law at the Autumn Session. 

“This call has no ground. No questions remain regarding the draft as it is many times revised and developed into the new document with all the Articles thoroughly prescribed. We have held three rounds in the Constitutional Commission. We hold Committee considerations followed with plenary hearings. It is impossible to further consider the draft. Hence, when we are called to some action, the call shall be substantiated”.
