“Conversations about consultations, involvement, terms etc. by the people who never participated in the Commission for 4 months is not expedient softly speaking. No additional comments can be made. How a person refusing to participate in the Commission can call on consensus? How these people speak about the terms who never participated during 4 months? No comments are necessary here”.
