Irakli Kobakhidze: we have just had the constructive discussion and want to consider the draft Constitutional law in similar constructive manner

The Speaker, at the sitting of the Regional Policy and Self-Government Committee summed up consideration of the draft Constitutional law. 

“Today, we had a constructive consideration and detailed discussion of the changes and on the basis of the consensus we have formulated the edition of the Constitutional changes concerning the territorial arrangement and local self-governance.

We want to further hold constructive considerations. We strive to formulate an improved document aiming at exclusion of formation of any autocracy and provision of stable development of democratic processes in long-term run”.
