The professor of the London University Public Law Emeritus, Sir Jeffrey Jowell considers the draft Constitutional Law of Georgia as impressive and effective as he stated in Venice. 

“I believe this is a very impressive draft aiming at making the Constitution of Georgia as one of the best and modern Constitutions in the world based on Georgian culture naturally. I am impressed with the works done – provisions aiming at protection of human rights and rule of law. The draft also provides the universal healthcare right, environmental protection etc. These are very important rights that most of the Constitutions of other countries fail to ensure. They are guaranteed under a few modern Constitutions and it is impressive”.
