Irakli Kobakhidze: the President can positively contribute in realization of the agreement with Venice Commission

According to the Speaker, the parties will discuss two issues at the meeting to be held between the Majority and the President, regarding which the agreement has been achieved with Venice Commission – annulment of bonuses and maintenance of the blocs in single manner.

“The negotiation to be held between the Majority and the President will be concerning two issues we have defined with Venice Commission – annulment of bonuses and maintenance of the blocs in single manner. If the President shares these issues and facilitates in realization of the agreement achieved with Venice Commission, he can contribute a positive mite in this process. But if he will not, we will still endorse the changes we have agreed with Venice Commission with our procedures and initiatives”.
