Irakli Kobakhidze: Venice Commission will endorse the positive opinion at the plenary session

The Speaker, Irakli Kobakhidze expects the positive opinion by Venice Commission regarding the Constitutional changes. 

“Venice Commission plenary session is scheduled for October 6 to endorse the opinion regarding the new document. Naturally, this opinion will be in compliance with the preliminary opinion. The final opinion is not subject to amendment after promulgation of the preliminary opinion. So, it is our final expectation. As you know, the opinion was positive, giving the positive estimation to the Constitutional changes and the similar opinion will be endorsed on October 6”.
