The Speaker expresses his hope that the President will accept his offer

The Speaker hopes that the President will act in constructive manner and realizes his right on veto to the parts of the draft Constitutional law solely concerning annulment of bonus system and single maintenance of the blocs. 

“We offer the President to realize his right on veto to these two parts. We hope that the President will demonstrate his constructive position and realizes his veto in this manner, though let’s wait for further events”.

He noted that veto is the prerogative of the President and the parliament acts within authority.

“It is authority of the President, his decision to realize his right on veto on the draft. Once again, we act within our activity without expressing any positions".
