The proportional system shall enact without the bonus system in 2024 whereas the blocs remain admitted in a single manner in 2020.

Based on the consultations, the ruling party has reconciled two issues to be reflected in the Constitution:

• In a single manner, the electoral blocs shall be admitted to the forthcoming Parliamentary elections along with the political parties;
• After the forthcoming Parliamentary elections, the proportional electoral system shall be enacted without the bonus system and the mandates shall be pro rata distributed to the parties gaining over 5% in the elections.

The respective draft shall be soon submitted to the Parliament to be adopted until accomplishment of the next session.
