The meeting of the Speaker with the international experts and academic circle

The Speaker of the Parliament visiting Batumi to attend the international conference “Georgia’s European Way” held the meeting with the international experts and academic circle. 

The Speaker introduced the ongoing Constitutional reform, essence and contextual change thereof, as well as the reforming process and general political idea of the Constitutional changes.

The parties discussed the international response to the Constitutional changes, EU and NATO integration priorities provided in the new edition, electoral changes, occupied territories and other relevant issues.

The experts expressed their opinion regarding the reform. It is important, they stated to widely introduce the reform to the international society in order to let them form the adequate opinion about the historical changes of the political system of the country.
